About Me

My background

I am Texan born, and Pacific Northwest planted. I am honored to work in the alternative medicine field for thirty years and has dedicated my life to the promotion of natural health, the prevention of disease, and to bringing a greater depth and understanding to Energy Medicine.

I am a Holistic healthcare practitioner and am certified in 26 different healing modalities. I wear many different hats in my life, among them mother, wife, teacher, writer, workshop facilitator, intuitive, ritualist, healer, and minister. I have been a champion for rescue animals last for 25 years.

If you should drop by for a visit you might find me working in the garden, creating art in the studio, canning in the kitchen, or walking my land. I am an avid learner of history, science, and anthropology. My core purpose in this lifetime is planting the seed of unconditional love in everyone I meet.

For the past 25 years, I’ve been dealing with autoimmune diseases, which have sometimes made it difficult to find solutions with my physician, but I have not given up. For the past 10 years I’ve been dealing with chronic pain and have had to use a wheelchair when I’m out and about. I can’t tell you how much of an adjustment that is  my life, but it’s a journey that I am on. I hope that you will join me as I navigate the world and try to find purpose, joy, and happiness.

I think joy is infectious, and better shared with others.

The real me

I  think that joy is infectious and better shared with others.

Things I love

My animals bring me so much comfort and happiness.
